Job Description
In this role, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students, guiding and supporting them in daily activities, fostering personal growth, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. As a household parent, you will be responsible for caring for approximately 8-12 students, handling various tasks such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must have been legally married for at least two years. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
