Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students in grades pre-K through 12th. As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, creating a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reside on-campus with your spouse and provide a supportive home environment for students
- Guide students in daily activities, including devotions and Sunday chapel services
- Handle administrative tasks, transportation, and other responsibilities related to student care
- Cultivate a holistic educational experience for students
Benefits:

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required
