What are the responsibilities and job description for the Milton Hershey School Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, living on-campus and guiding a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a structured setting, driving, administering medication, and maintaining a sense of family among the students. This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance to dedicated couples who are committed to supporting youth education and development.
We are looking for experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of integrity and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a commitment to supporting the educational goals of our students.
This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged youth, we encourage you to apply.
