Milton Hershey School Couples

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex house parents. As a flex house parent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and provide a nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, budget management, and creating a family-like atmosphere. This unique role requires commitment, integrity, and the ability to work as a cohesive team.

The ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and meet other qualifications outlined below.
