As a crucial part of our student care system, you'll provide a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students, ensuring their well-being, education, and growth. Your role will involve various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting while living on-campus.

About the Role
This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. You'll be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). The ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in a family-like environment, handling various duties, and adhering to our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies. They should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and have a valid driver's license, with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
