Key Responsibilities:
- Nurturing and guiding a group of 8-12 students in a family-like structure
- Managing daily responsibilities such as medication administration, budget handling, and driving
- Providing a consistent and supportive environment for students to thrive
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
