Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as full-time houseparents. As houseparents, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and nurturing environment for students in a residential setting. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and support a group of 8-12 students by managing their daily activities, administering medication, and maintaining their budgets.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should also be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. Additionally, they should have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.

You will also receive a three-week paid summer vacation and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. The salary is $43,825 per person, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
