Job Description
As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes and provide a consistent, family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing the students, handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. You will work closely with your spouse to ensure a harmonious and supportive living environment for all students.
