We are seeking a married couple to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As a residential youth caregiver, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of 8-12 students. Your experience working with youth, combined with your commitment to providing a nurturing environment, makes you an ideal candidate for this position.
Your Responsibilities
As a Flex Houseparent, your primary responsibility will be to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for students. You will be responsible for managing household responsibilities, handling daily tasks, and supporting students in their academic and personal development. Additionally, you will participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services with students and adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
Your Benefits
In return for your dedication and hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approx. $150,000 per couple.
