Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned institution dedicated to providing exceptional education and care to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to join our team as Houseparents, serving as nurturing figures and guiding lights for our students.
As Houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students. This role requires a high degree of integrity, compassion, and leadership skills. You will work closely with your spouse to guide students in daily life, manage household responsibilities, and provide emotional support.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
