Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, making it a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
In addition to these benefits, we also offer relocation assistance and paid training. Our schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school. We also offer three-week paid summer vacation.
