Career Opportunity as Flex Houseparents

We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
