About the Role
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding, nurturing, and managing a group of 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

- Experience working with youth
- Legally married couple
- Age 27 or older
