Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. As a flex houseparent, you will work closely with our experienced staff to develop and implement strategies to promote student growth and development.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide a nurturing family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students
- Assist students with daily activities such as homework, meal planning, and household chores
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student growth and development
- Maintain accurate records and reporting progress to school administrators
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
