About the Role
In this role, you will live on campus with your spouse and provide a nurturing, family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students. You will work closely with your spouse to guide youth, administer medication, and maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a supportive household environment that promotes academic success and personal growth
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and personal development
- Administer medication and maintain student health records
- Plan and participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You and your spouse must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be willing to abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies.
