Role Summary
As a flex houseparent couple at Milton Hershey School, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and managing household tasks. You will also lead daily devotions and accompany students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Key Requirements
To excel in this position, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, particularly from under-served settings. You should be age 27 or older and have been married for at least two years. Additionally, you must hold valid driver's licenses and be able to become certified to drive student home vans. High school diplomas or GEDs are required, and both spouses must submit individual employment applications.
