We offer an excellent compensation package, including salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. In return, we ask that our Flex Houseparents meet certain requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
- Couples must be married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
In addition, we expect our Flex Houseparents to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, follow pet limitations, and maintain valid driver's licenses to drive student home vans.
