About the Role
As a houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing family-like environment for students residing in on-campus homes. This full-time position involves guiding 8-12 students, managing household activities, and fostering their personal development.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
You will be expected to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, as well as limitations on pets. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
