What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurturing Environment Providers for Underprivileged Students position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for experienced couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will provide a family-like structure for 8-12 students in an on-campus home.
The role requires a strong commitment to providing a nurturing environment for students. Responsibilities include guiding students in daily devotions, taking them to Sunday chapel services, and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
