About the Role
We are seeking caring married couples to join our team as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
Key Tasks
As a flex houseparent, your key tasks will include:
- Providing daily guidance and support to students
- Managing household chores and responsibilities
- Handling driving and administrative duties

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
You will also need to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and have limitations on pets. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
