Nurturing and Guiding Students
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. You will reside in on-campus student homes, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Our Residential Youth Caregivers receive a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. They also enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with three weeks paid summer vacation.
