About the Role
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a family-like environment for 8-12 students, managing daily tasks, and guiding students in their personal growth.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
