Family-Like Environment for Students at Milton Hershey School
Our goal is to create a supportive and caring environment where students can grow and develop into confident individuals. As a flex houseparent, you will be part of this effort, providing daily guidance and support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a safe and welcoming living space
- Establishing routines and expectations
- Providing emotional support and stability
- Encouraging positive relationships between students
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
