This role requires a joint commitment from both spouses, who will work together to manage daily responsibilities, lead students in devotions, and receive a comprehensive benefits package and salary. Some key aspects of this role include:
- Providing a family-like structure for students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
The ideal candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
