**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
They must also be willing to become certified to drive student home vans and be comfortable with flexibility and adaptability.
