The Milton Hershey School is seeking a couple to fill the role of Youth Development Specialist, providing a supportive family environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding and supporting students in their personal growth and development
- Providing daily care, including meal preparation and supervision
- Administering medication as needed
- Creatings a family-like atmosphere and promoting positive relationships among students
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Married couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
