We are hiring married couples to become Flex Houseparents, guiding and nurturing groups of approximately 8-12 students in on-campus residences.
As Flex Houseparents, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with periods of personal time while students are at school.
We offer a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
