Job Description
As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will manage daily responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Requirements
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions
