Milton Hershey School seeks dedicated and compassionate married couples to become flex houseparents, providing individualized care and support to students in need. As a flex houseparent, you will work closely with a team to create a positive and inclusive living environment, promoting academic success and emotional well-being.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for couples who share our commitment to education and child development. Flex houseparents must be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity, embodying the values of our organization and serving as role models for students. Experience working with youth, particularly those from under-served backgrounds, is highly desirable. Both spouses must be comfortable leading daily devotions and participating in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
