Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned institution providing an exceptional education to underprivileged students. We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as Flex Houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
This role involves creating a family-like environment, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and much more. As a Flex Houseparent, you will provide a consistent structure for students and support their emotional and academic growth.
