Nurturing the Next Generation
Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing disadvantaged students in a family-like environment.
Couples will live on campus and take care of a group of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
About the Role:
Flex houseparents provide emotional support and educational guidance to students, helping them reach their full potential.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
