Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to become part of our supportive team as House Parents. In this unique role, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily responsibilities and offer mentorship to students
- Provide guidance and support to students in a family-like setting
- Take care of the well-being and needs of students
Qualifications
- Experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
