What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurturing Home Environment Leaders position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides an exceptional career-focused education to disadvantaged students from pre-K through 12th grade. We are seeking married couples to become Nurturing Home Environment Leaders, where they will reside on-campus and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure students receive the best possible care.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
