Nurturing Home Environment Specialists
Milton Hershey School seeks nurturing home environment specialists to provide a stable and loving home environment for students in pre-K through 12th grade. As a couple, you will guide a group of students while managing daily responsibilities and ensuring their well-being. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a nurturing home environment, handling daily tasks such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Compensation Package
The compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings. Relocation assistance and paid training are also provided.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and abide by our pet policy.
