Milton Hershey School is looking for married couples to become part of our team as Nurturing Home Environment Providers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and loving home environment for students from challenging backgrounds.
About the Role:
You and your spouse will reside in an on-campus home and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a family-like structure and guiding them through their daily lives. This includes responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
