The ideal candidate should have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Couples must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to reside on-campus with students. The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
As House Parents, you will receive a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
