Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include providing a family-like environment for students, administering medication, driving students to appointments, and handling various household tasks. You will also be responsible for providing a safe and supportive living environment, promoting positive relationships among students, and encouraging students to develop good habits and routines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must be experienced in working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should have a strong understanding of child development and be able to provide a structured and loving environment for students. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services.
