What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurturing House Leaders position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated couples to become Flex Houseparents and create a supportive family environment for 8-12 students. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside on campus and provide daily care, including driving and administering medication. You will also contribute to the students' emotional and academic growth, helping them thrive in a nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be legally married for at least two years. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
As a Flex Houseparent, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
