We are seeking committed couples to join our team as House Parents, residing on-campus with a group of 8-12 students. As a House Parent, you will provide guidance, support, and nurturing to help students develop essential life skills and achieve their goals.
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive salary: $43,825 per person (approximately $150,000 for a couple)
* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings
* Relocation assistance and paid training to support your success in this role
* Unique schedule: nine days on, followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school
* Three-week paid summer vacation
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Reside on-campus with a group of 8-12 students and provide a safe and supportive living environment
* Develop positive relationships with students, encouraging personal growth and development
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and student care
* Participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services, fostering a sense of community and spiritual growth
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years
* Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
* High school diploma or GED required
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students
