To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, married for at least two years, and have a high school diploma or GED. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
