Job Description
Flex houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions.
The ideal candidate couple should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading students in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
