Milton Hershey School is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking experienced couples to join our student home team as houseparents to help create a nurturing environment for our students and support them in achieving their full potential.
In this unique role, you will provide a family-like environment for students, guiding them through daily activities and educational support. You will also manage various responsibilities, including transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. As a houseparent, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students and helping them achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.

Qualifications:- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings

- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
