As a houseparent, you will have the chance to work closely with students aged pre-K through 12th grade and provide them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.
About the Job
Couples will live in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will provide a consistent family-like structure, handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, and lead daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.
Benefits and Compensation
Couples will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, which translates to a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
