Job Responsibilities
We seek dedicated married couples to become part of our team as Flex Houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students in our residential program. As part of this role, you will live on-campus, oversee a group of 8-12 students, and handle various responsibilities including driving, administering medication, and managing budgets. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

As a Flex Houseparent, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approx. $150,000 per couple.
