Job Summary
We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex Houseparent, you will provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, living on campus and guiding groups of 8-12 students. You will be responsible for daily support, maintaining a family-like structure, and handling various responsibilities including driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We require a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted.
