As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment for our students. This position involves couples acting as houseparents, providing guidance and support to students in a family-like setting. Responsibilities include administering medication, maintaining a structured home environment, and fostering a sense of belonging among our students.
We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance and paid training. Our work schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time during school hours. We also provide a three-week paid summer vacation.
To be eligible for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be married for at least two years, and both spouses should be 27 or older. We also require valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
