We are seeking experienced Residential Caregivers to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a member of our Family Support Team, you will work with your spouse to provide a supportive and stable family-like environment for students. This rewarding role involves guiding a small group of students, offering care and supervision while managing daily responsibilities.
The ideal candidate couple will have a strong background in youth guidance and support, with experience working or volunteering with under-served populations. Both spouses should be able to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
