As a House Parent, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with your spouse to create a positive and structured living experience for students, handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Benefits and Perks

• A salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)

We are looking for experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.

Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
