Nurturing Home Environment for Disadvantaged Youth
We are seeking married couples to become Residential Youth Caregivers at Milton Hershey School. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds by managing daily responsibilities and fostering a family-like atmosphere.
The positions involve overseeing a home with 8-12 students and include comprehensive benefits, a competitive salary, and relocation assistance. Qualified candidates should have experience working with youth, possess a driver's license, and be prepared to engage in daily activities, including leading devotions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
