What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Campus Parent Figures position at Milton Hershey School?
Our Expectations
We expect our Houseparent couples to possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable leading students in daily devotions, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Candidates must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets.
What We Offer
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)
